Find out moreThe Guesthouse

Gyllyngvase House was originally built in 1880 and was the first residential coastal property to be built on Gyllyngvase Road, some 200 yards from a stretch of sand now known as Gyllyngvase Beach. It wasn’t until the mid 1900’s that the area of Gyllyngvase started to undergo extensive development which saw landmark hotels and further family homes being built.
The area around Gyllyngvase is now classed as a conservation area in order to protect its heritage and areas of natural beauty.
Gyllyngvase House was purchased by Andrew and Elle Wilson in November 2018 and immediately underwent a full and extensive refurbishment, retaining many of the original features of the house where possible.
Andrew and Elle are very proud to be able to offer a beautiful guest house, 200 yards from Gyllyngvase Beach and less than a 10 minute walk into Falmouth Town Centre.
